The resource management program is able to link the mobile device to a backend server so as to download a plurality of channels. And through the resource management program, a user may select at least one program from a plurality of programs downloaded from the backend server and save it onto a personally accessible memory of the mobile device.

Abstract: While a cursor of a URL object dragging command including a URL object is dragged to a preview spot displayed on a user interface of a touch panel, only multimedia contents of a website indicated by a URL address forming the URL object are displayed on the user interface for preview. Advertisements, comments, extra images of the webpage are filtered out under the preview procedure.
