  • Patent number: 10061898
Abstract: An avatar-based charting method for assisted diagnosis to improve the efficiency of medical practice. Through an anthropomorphic symptom record interface, the first page is the Genetic-Psycho-Social-Bio (GPSB) which assists in understanding the genetic, psychological, social-environmental, and biological characteristics of patients. A Subjective-Objective-Assessment-Plan (SOAP) diagnosis page aids in doctor diagnosis. A decision support diagnostic summary interface automatically generates the diagnosis summary and notifies of any unusual circumstances. Finally, a medical records module saves all information into a medical database in order to provide health care for subsequent tracking and evaluation.

  • Patent number: 8793296
Abstract: A random number generating method includes sending a signal source for outputting a data sequence and randomly retrieving a segment of data having an operation length as a seed; converting the seed into a first operation value, determining whether a difference between the first operation value and a second operation value is larger than a threshold value, and determining whether a total number of times the first operation value has been inputted into the operation value processing step is larger than a predetermined value. The first operation value is reset by a reset algorithm; otherwise the sample selection step is re-performed. The operation values are converted into a random number. A total number of bits of the random number is calculated. The operation value setting step is performed or a latest random number having a length equal to the operation length is set as the seed.

  • Publication number: 20130246789
Abstract: A method is provided for securing transmission data between an upload device and a download device. The upload device is configured to generate a first matrix, a second matrix and a re-encryption vector, to encrypt a plaintext data file using the first matrix to obtain a ciphertext data file, to transmit the ciphertext data file and the re-encryption vector to a server, and to transmit the second matrix to the download device. The server is configured to re-encrypt the ciphertext data file using the re-encryption vector to obtain a re-encrypted data file that can be decrypted using the second matrix to obtain a decrypted data file, and to allow the download device to download the re-encrypted data file therefrom.

  • Patent number: 5504919
Abstract: An optimized high-speed sorter has a plurality of process elements connected in series. Each process element includes a sorting unit used to store a sorted item, and a comparing/controlling unit coupled to the sorting unit. In this sorter, all sorted items are compared with the input item simultaneously, and then are divided into an LE-group wherein the sorted items are less than or equal to the input item, and a G-group wherein the sorted items are greater than the input item. We assume that the sorted items are arranged in a descending sequence from left to right. In the insertion operation, the sorted items in the LE-group are shifted rightwards simultaneously, and the input item is loaded in the position between the LE-group and G-group. In the deletion operation, only the sorted items in the LE-group are shifted leftwards simultaneously. In order to accelerate the operation speed, the sorter adopts a pre-shift strategy.
