    Abstract: A gaming device having at least one tubular display container, a display object holder disposed to hold a plurality of movable display objects in an individually controlled manner, a display object actuator and a controller, is disclosed. Game-related indicia on the tubular display container convey the outcome of a game when the display object actuator is activated to propel a selected movable display object into the tubular display container where the object may activate a game outcome portion of the tubular display container or the object may be captured in a selected compartment of the tubular display container. Optionally, player input devices may be used to enhance player participation by enabling the player to select a movable display object or a specific tubular display container before the movable display object is propelled into the tubular display container or a plurality of tubular display containers. A method of playing a game using the above device is also disclosed.

A random number generator and the controller select at least one of the progressive jackpots to be awarded to a player. The invention also includes a gaming method. A player is allowed to place a wager and play a game of chance. A game outcome is determined. The game outcome can be a jackpot qualifying event and a game payout. If the game outcome is the jackpot qualifying event, several progressive jackpots are displayed to the player. At least one of the progressive jackpots is selected to be awarded to the player.

The controller selectable object may be displayed to the player and provide an illusion to the player that the controller selectable object is the moveable object. A game outcome at least partially depends on the display position of the display symbol.

    Abstract: A method for enhancing cashless gaming. Preferably, game player is provided with an incentive to redeem winnings on a cashless device. The method preferably includes providing a wagering game to a player, allowing the player to transfer value to the wagering game, recording the amount transferred, allowing the player to make a wager, presenting a game to the player, determining whether the game outcome is a wining or losing outcome, updating the amount recorded, allowing the player to cash-out at least a portion of the recorded value, and triggering an award event if the cash-out is made using a cashless device. In one embodiment, the player is given an award when the value redeemed exceeds a predetermined qualifying amount. Also provided is a system for allowing a player to redeem winnings, including a gaming machine with a processing system, a cashless gaming device, and a cashless device cash-out system.

The display device may be combined with a jumbled ball display wherein the balls displayed by the display device appear to originate from the jumbled ball display. The display device may also be combined with a game apparatus that is adapted to allow players to play a game. In this embodiment, the display device may provide a bonus award for the player. Several games are also provided that may be used with the display device. In an alternative embodiment, the jumbled ball display is replaced with a video display device that displays the balls in video form.

The door includes the storage area configured to store the non-currency gaming item and further may be moved from an open to a closed position; the door may also include an angled portion. In the open position, the storage area may be accessed and, in the closed position, the door is positioned behind the edge of the horizontal support member. Players sitting in front of the edge of the horizontal support member may stretch or extend their legs behind the edge of the horizontal support member.
