Abstract: A system for ordering a product or service from a product or service provider, utilising a mobile device, comprises a processor; memory configured to store customer preference information specifying one or more products or services; means for determining a location of the mobile device; and a transmission subsystem for transmitting or triggering an order for one or more products or services specified in the customer preference information to a base station located at the product or service provider. The processor is configured to cause the transmission subsystem to transmit or trigger an order for one or more products or services based upon the determined location of the mobile device.
