Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computer system are described for providing decision instructions for problem incidents in information technology (IT) systems. The method includes categorizing incident instances as incident types, where an incident instance includes one or more events having resources identifying one or more hosts specific to the incident instance and wherein an incident type categorizes incident instances having a common underlying problem with the incident type having generalized resources. The method includes generating decision instructions for an incident type wherein the decision instructions provide generalized command steps for interacting with hosts for the resolution of incident instances of the incident type.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for generation of dashboard templates for operations management is disclosed. The computer-implemented method includes monitoring a user interactions with an editable dashboard user interface when handling issue instances to gather chart selections, wherein a chart is a graphical visualization of one or more parameters of a data source. The computer-implemented method further includes identifying an issue type to chart pairs from the gathered chart selections and, for each pair, generalizing the one or more data source parameters. The computer-implemented method further includes identifying from the gathered chart selections common associations between the issue type and a chart visualization type.

Abstract: Disclosed are toy pieces, each toy piece having a body with a first arm and a second arm. The first arm can have a first engagement portion. The second arm can have a second engagement portion. The first arm and second arm can be configured to move relative to one another to transition the toy piece between a resting or disengaged state and a tensioned or engaged state in which the first engagement portion is releasably secured within the second engagement portion. At least one of the first arm and second arm can be biased when the toy piece is in the tensioned state such that an application of an external force to the toy piece above a threshold causes the toy piece to rapidly transition from the tensioned or engaged state to the resting or disengaged state.

A modified wheel design further assists in facilitating movements including the rollover movement. The vehicle may perform movements without user control where the vehicle responds to external factors, such as objects or terrain or the vehicle may use control systems such as radio or remote control with a transmitter/receiver pair, on vehicle switches or sensors utilizing interactive preprogrammed content.

Abstract: A device for launching and catching an object is provided. The device may include a body having an inlet, an outlet, and a channel therebetween. A propulsion mechanism may be housed within the body and include a motor. The propulsion mechanism may receive an object traveling at a first speed within the channel and from the inlet and to adjust the speed of the object to a second speed enroute to the outlet such that the object is launched into the air. A receiving funnel defined by the body may catch the object as the object descends such that the object is directed back into the inlet. A method of playing a catch game is also provided which may include one or more devices for launching and catching an object.
