  • Patent number: 11158082
Abstract: A method for automatically determining at least one parameter associated with an ophthalmic device selected by an individual, said device comprising a frame referred to as selected frame, said determination being carried out from an acquired image of the face of the individual wearing the selected frame or a frame of a second ophthalmic device. The method includes the steps of: detecting at least one characteristic point of at least one eye of the individual the acquired image and estimating the three-dimensional position of the one or more characteristic point(s) detected; detecting the frame worn and estimating the three-dimensional position of the frame worn by aligning a three-dimensional representation of the frame worn with the frame worn in the acquired image; and determining the one or more parameters from the relative position of the eyes with respect to the three-dimensional representation of the selected frame.

  • Patent number: 10042188
Abstract: A method for generating a real-time realistic-looking image of a pair of virtual glasses positioned on a real user face image issued from a single image, a bundle of pictures, a video clip or a real-time camera streams. A face analysis element estimates the 3D rotation matrix, the 3D translation vector, morphology parameters of the user's face. A glasses positioning element associated with a try-on mode for look or real-size simulation estimates the 3D rotation matrix, the 3D translation vector, global and local deformation parameters of the virtual glasses, and arms articulation, adapted to the morphology parameters computed by the face analysis element. A realistic rendering element mixes the real user face image with the virtual glasses positioned by the glasses positioning element.

  • Patent number: 9892561
Abstract: A method for generating a final image from an initial image including an object suitable to be worn by an individual. The presence of the object in the initial image is detected. A first layer is superposed on the initial image. The first layer includes a mask at least partially covering the object in the initial image. The appearance of at least one part of the mask is modified. The suppression of all or part of an object in an image or a video is enabled. Also, a process of augmented reality intended to be used by an individual wearing a vision device on the face, and a try-on device for a virtual object.
