  • Patent number: 11035401
Abstract: A washer with integrated fluid distribution which includes a body with an outer ring having an aperture located centrally within the ring, a channel enclosed within the outer ring and a release channel exit in fluid communication with the aperture and an interior surface of the channel. The channel is filled with a dispensing fluid and the release channel is reversibly closed. The release channel exit is located within an inner wall of the aperture. The body comprises a compressible material. The release channel exit is opened when pressure is applied to the washer body and the dispensing fluid exits the channel via the opened release channel exit.

  • Patent number: 9809961
Abstract: The present invention provides a system to regulate fluid flow having a light switch that controls a light, wherein the light switch is in electrical communication with a wireless transmitter; and at least one valve interposed on at least one fluid supply line wherein said at least one valve is normally closed, cutting off the flow of fluid in the at least one fluid supply line, wherein the at least one valve is in electrical communication with a wireless receiver such that when the light switch is activated the wireless transmitter signals the wireless receiver to open the valve, allowing flow of fluid in the fluid supply line. The present invention also provides another system using a photocell switch to actuate the valve.

  • Patent number: 9803346
Abstract: The present invention provides a system for regulating fluid flow made up of a solenoid valve interposed on a fluid supply line; a light switch that controls a light; a transformer with a primary side and a secondary side, wherein the primary side is placed in intermediate electrical communication with the light switch and the light, wherein the secondary side is in electrical communication with the solenoid valve, and wherein the solenoid valve allows flow through the fluid supply line when the light switch is activated and prevents flow through the fluid supply line when the light switch is deactivated.

  • Publication number: 20170268209
Abstract: A system to regulate fluid flow using a single unit is shown and described. The system uses a single valve interposed on at least one fluid supply line. The valve is normally closed, cutting off the flow of fluid in the at least one fluid supply line. The valve is in electrical communication with an occupancy sensor such that when the occupancy sensor is activated the valve is signaled to open, allowing flow of fluid in the fluid supply line.
