Abstract: Three-dimensional display apparatus including the combination of a cathode ray tube having a viewing face, and a line screen assembly positioned in a predetermined relationship with the viewing face. The line screen assembly includes a first line screen disposed towards the viewing face and has a number of blocking portions spaced by transparent portions. The line screen assembly also includes a second line screen positioned substantially parallel to and spaced from first line screen. The second line screen also has a number of blocking portions spaced by transparent portions. The blocking portions of the second line screen are in alignment with the transparent portions of the first line screen. Three-dimensional projection display apparatus is also disclosed.

Abstract: Apparatus for providing three dimensional effect transparencies. The apparatus includes a camera including mounting means for retaining a photosensitive assembly at a predetermined location, and a movable lens. The apparatus further includes a movable support means for supporting the object whose image is to be taken, and further includes the photosensitive assembly. This assembly comprises a layer of photosensitive material, a line screen having regularly spaced blocking portions spaced by transparent portions and a transparent spacer disposed between the material and the line screen. The camera has a central axis with which the photosensitive assembly is aligned and the lens and the support means is movable along respective paths which extend transversely of the central axis.
