Beneficially, layout of fabric windows in multiple fabric pieces is uniform, and there is provided a wide variety of fabric window shapes and sizes useful for applique and reverse applique patterns. In a preferred embodiment, the quilting tool allows a quilt maker to make a unique wheel-and-spokes pattern.
