    Abstract: Improved cover for an open topped vehicle with an across-the-bed storage container such as a tool box and having accessibility to the storage container from the exterior of the vehicle. Access from outside the vehicle cover is made by way of an access opening. The storage container is quickly attachable and detachable thus allowing the vehicle to serve purpose in the construction professions, recreation and other uses. The container is portable thus allowing it to serve as a tool organizer and a portable work table at job sites.
