  • Publication number: 20160271011
Abstract: Lack of blood flow during a heart attack is controlled by the use of a portable, small-footprint electronic device that is connected to the patient using wires and connections/pads sending an electric current/pulse to the heart that is adjusted for intensity and rhythm to increase blood flow. The devices electronic signal overrides the bodies electronic signal to control the heart for a regular heartbeat. Using an electronic device to send a current to connections/pads on the abdomen and limb pulse points to add compression and constrict blood vessels reduces blood flow to these areas to increase blood flow to the heart and brain during cardiac arrest. Bleeding is controlled by the use of an electronic device to send an adjustable electronic current/signal to compress an area of the body and constrict blood vessels to control blood flow for both external and internal injuries.

  • Publication number: 20090196450
Abstract: A water-resistant and weatherproof high-fidelity/high power audio and speaker system adapted for outside use includes a top speaker member including a first speaker, a bottom speaker member including a second speaker, an audio component member and high current low voltage dc power supply for being mounted under the top speaker member, a spacer member for spacing the top speaker member with the bottom speaker member, and a guide member for cooperating with the spacer member to align the top speaker member and the bottom speaker member. The guide member may be a dowel pin, and the top speaker member may include a speaker terminal member to connect to the first speaker. The top speaker member may include a cabinet handle member to aid in lifting the top speaker member, and the top speaker member may include a tweeter speaker member. The top speaker member may include a woofer speaker member, and the top speaker member may include a base port member for passage of base level sounds.

  • Patent number: 7360909
Abstract: The present invention discloses and teaches a new and improved photographic flash attachment, light reflecting apparatus that is lightweight, flexible, easily attached and/or detached from a camera flash and conveniently stored in a rolled or folded configuration. The disclosed flash reflector is configured from a thin, flexible, planar preform of polyurethane foam material, or any other suitable material, into an adjustable, generally concave configuration whereby adjusting the reflectors shape adjusts the power of the light it reflects to balance with the existing natural light or bounce off a ceiling thereby eliminating and/or reducing shadows about the photographic subject.

  • Patent number: 7025238
Abstract: A system for carrying and rapidly accessing implements carried on a belt, especially implements used by law enforcement officers. The system uses a hinged floor carried on a flatplate having a belt loop. The hinged floor is held perpendicular to the flat plate by a strap or cover having a quick-release latch at the top. When the strap or cover is released the floor drops to form an angle with the flat plate, allowing the user to quickly remove the implement using one hand.

  • Publication number: 20030052147
Abstract: Police officers have had many improvements in their equipment in recent years, except in one constant area. They often struggle with the removal of equipment from their utility belts and are unable to put the items into action quickly and easily. This invention relates generally to easy, quick access to the items held on a police officer's belt. This is especially common to non-lethal weapons and ammo clips, but not limited to these in any way. From this point on the term “officer” will refer to a police officer.

  • Patent number: 6386410
Abstract: The vehicle mounted article carrier rack mounts equipment to the back end of a vehicle. A base arm is formed having an acute angle such that when the base arm is secured to a receiver hitch of a vehicle, the base arm sweeps back towards the rear of the vehicle. A swing arm is pivotally connected to the base arm and also pivotally connected to a vertical article carrier arm. The swept-back design assures that the article carrier rack remains within the width of the vehicle when in a closed position, yet when open, swings out of the way to allow access to the vehicle's rear cargo area. The vertical article carrier arm pivots downwards to lower articles to, or raise articles from, the ground.
