    Abstract: A four-sided convertible golf cart cover for covering a rear compartment of a golf cart, including a convertible framework operatively connected above the rear compartment of the golf cart defining a top portion, a front portion, a rear portion, a left side portion and a right side portion, a sectional member operatively connected to the convertible framework, the sectional member including at least one top panel, at least one generally vertical front panel, at least one rear panel, at least one left panel and at least one right side panel, the framework including at least one pivotable member movable from a deployed position to a non-deployed position to respectively move said sectional member from a deployed position covering the rear compartment to a non-deployed position exposing the rear compartment, with the front panel remaining generally vertical throughout the movement of the framework from the deployed position to the non-deployed position.

    Abstract: Windshield retaining brackets having a generally S-shape configuration that are attachable to opposing roof structure supports of the roof of a golf cart. The S-shape is defined by a first outer transverse member, a first outer longitudinal member, a middle transverse member, a second outer longitudinal member and a second outer transverse member. The first outer transverse member, the first outer longitudinal member and the middle transverse member define a frame slot. The frame slot of the S-shaped retaining bracket is positioned about the roof structure support and a windshield slot defined by the middle transverse member, the second outer longitudinal member and the second transverse member is positioned within notches formed in the edges of the windshield to secure the windshield to the roof structure supports.

The bracket has two preferred embodiments, the first embodiment having a U-shaped frame member for engagement with a windshield frame, and a longitudinal rail member for engagement with a bead portion of an enclosure panel, permitting linear movement of the bead portion along the length of the rail member and the second preferred embodiment having a U-shaped frame member, a longitudinal rail member, and a U-shaped windshield pane member for engagement with the windshield pane edge.

    Abstract: A double back golf cart enclosure for removable installation about a golf cart or similar vehicle for protecting the occupants from inclement weather. The double back enclosure comprises a roof panel having a configuration corresponding to the configuration of the roof structure of the golf cart, side panels and a first and second back cover suspended therefrom about the periphery of the golf cart so to completely enclose the golf cart. The double back enclosure allows for ready access to the rear of the golf cart while providing complete and continuous isolation and protection of the golf cart occupants from inclement weather. The roof panel includes a hem portion about its periphery that facilitates the rolling up and securing of the back covers thereunder to be out of the way allowing free movement about the golf cart.
