  • Publication number: 20220118544
Abstract: A removable arc welding torch head having a variable electrode receiving aperture that includes a number of discrete, slidable wedges guided within a conical interior surface to enable the head to be used with electrodes of various diameters without changing components of the torch head. The removable nature of the torch, while providing for adequate flow of inert gas, provides an adjusting collar that engages the wedges and forms an adjustable opening for an electrode to be inserted therein.

  • Patent number: 9789560
Abstract: An arc welding torch having a variable electrode receiving aperture including a number of discrete wedges guided within a conical interior surface of a housing to enable the use of electrodes of various diameters without changing components of the torch. An adjusting collar engages the wedges and forms an adjustable opening for an electrode to be inserted therein. Rotation of a tailpiece of the torch handle adjusts the position of the wedges and secures the electrode in position.

  • Patent number: 5522182
Abstract: The present invention is directed to stadium seating and stadiums incorporating the seating. The invention includes a unitary seat component having a platform seat portion and a back portion formed integrally with one another. The invention also includes a side support which is configured with a arcuate flange receiving channel enabling the seat component of the invention to be installed to the side component. In this fashion, spaced apart side components are useful for attaching a plurality of seats such that a seat is positioned between a pair of side supports and a side support positioned between adjacent seats is shared as a common armrest for each adjacent seat. A channel and track structure is provided to anchor the sides to the stadium or platform floor in the desired fashion.
