    Abstract: A moving object tracking approach for a quadrupedal robot based on a Siamese network comprises an RNN-based object detector for locating moving objects. The position information of moving objects is sent into a ResNet-based feature extractor. For regressing bounding boxes of a target object, a Siamese adaptive network is employed. Experimental results on several public benchmarks show that this approach achieves excellent VOT performances, e.g., it obtains EAO score by 0.452 points, Accuracy score by 0.592 points, and Robustness score by 0.155 points on public benchmark VOT2018. it is successfully used on a quadrupedal robot, which can accurately track a specific moving object in real-world complicated scenes.

    Abstract: A tunnel operation robot includes a robot body, a walking module, a fixed wing module and a plurality of rotatable wing modules. Both sides of the robot body are provided with cantilever parts, which are collinearly arranged. The walking module is arranged on the robot body. The fixed wing module includes a fixed fan, is fixedly arranged on the robot body, and is configured to provide a pressure for the walking module to be attached to and pressed against the tunnel wall surface. The plurality of rotatable wing modules are respectively arranged on the cantilever parts on both sides of the robot body, and include a rotatable rotating fan and a wind direction adjustment driver.     Abstract: An ultrasound probe is tested for failure of 5 elements of its array transducer by operating the probe with its lens in contact with the air. The echo signals produced during this mode of operation are beamformed into the usual set of scanlines produced by the probe. The frequency response of 10 each scanline is analyzed and compared with a reference signal of the frequency response of the corresponding scanline of a known good probe of the same type as the probe under test. If a comparison reveals a variance greater than a predetermined 15 deviation, the user is alerted that the probe should be replaced.

After a fetal image has been acquired, a zoom box is positioned over the image, encompassing a region of interest. The size of the zoom box is automatically set for the user in correspondence with gestational age or crown rump length. The system automatically tracks the region of interest within the zoom box in the presence of fetal motion in an effort to maintain the region of interest within the zoom box despite movement by the fetus.
