Abstract: A spill preventing paper holder for use during hair dye application that straddles the shoulders of the user and is comprised of a main panel and extension members assembled to the lateral ends of the main panel. The main panel has a recess formed into its upper extent that provides for the placement of a cloth towel or a disposable paper towel, a cutaway is formed at the center between the lateral ends of the main panel for posturing around the neck, and an arch-shaped straddle frame is disposed on the bottom end of the main panel for placement on the shoulders of the user. Various types of extension members can be pivotably conjoined at the two sides of the cutaway as required by the particular situation of usage to construct a folding-type, a pull-type, a turning-type, or an alignment-type paper holder, with each type of paper holder remaining foldable to decrease storage space requirements.
