    Abstract: The invention relates to a method of performing various communication functions with hot keys in a mobile communication terminal. Hot keys are allocated to the various communication functions to set the communication functions as hot key functions. When number keys are inputted, various communication modes are set according to user selection and corresponding communications are performed in respect to destinations stored in address numbers identical with inputted numbers so as to promote the convenience of a user.
