Abstract: A developer supply device includes a cylinder body and a left side cover and a right side cover respectively connected to two ends of the cylinder body. The left side cover is provided with a gear shaft system. The right side cover is provided with a powder outlet assembly including a seal provided on the right side cover. The seal is provided thereon with an inner powder outlet. Another end of the screw conveying rod is arranged within the seal. The seal is further provided at two ends thereof with radially protruding limit rings respectively. A sealing barrier is coaxially provided outside the seal between the two limit rings. The sealing barrier is provided thereon with an outer powder outlet and a shift block. The limit ring close to the cylinder body is provided thereon with an arc-shaped rotating slide groove having an end in communication with a limit slot.

Abstract: The present application provides a developer replenishment cartridge including a housing, a first rotating shaft connected to a first end portion of the housing via a sealing bearing, a wiper blade connected to a bracket beside the first rotating shaft via at least one bolt. The present application further provides a method for replenishing developer, including pressing a button inward to move the push rod forward in such a way that a front end of the push rod firstly contacts a baffle provided at an inlet of the toner cartridge for the developer in the equipment, aligning the sealing gear with the discharge port communicating with the middle of the outlet, opening the developer container, driving the wiper blade to rotate by the driving wheel of the driving unit, mixing up the developer inside the container, and feeding the developer toward the region of the second rotating shaft.

Abstract: A developer supply container includes a rotating container for conveying a developer and an intermittent regulator for intermittently supplying gas into the rotating container and regulating an internal pressure of the rotating container. A fixed amount of gas is intermittently supplied by the intermittent regulator to the gas mixing space and is discharged from the powder discharging port after the fixed amount of gas is mixed with the developer. Since the intermittent regulator can periodically supply the fixed amount of gas to the gas mixing space, the fixed amount of gas ensures a stable gas pressure inside the developer supply container. The developer supply container can continuously and stably replenish the developer into the image forming device under any storage or operating environment. The air pressure of the developer supply container is maintained at a stable level and a high precision replenishment amount of the developer is achieved.
