  • Patent number: 9797089
Abstract: A method for photocatalytic white discharge printing for achieving patterns on textiles includes closely integrating substrates with patterned printing plates or fixing patterned printing plates on one or both sides of a substrate, placing them in a reactor equipped with a light source and containing the photocatalytic white discharging formulation. The method has the characteristics of a simple process, short processing, easy controlling and wide adaptability. The process eliminates the need for printing plates and expensive printing apparatus used in complicated conventional printing methods. Additionally, the photocatalytic solution can be reused which avoids generous application of chemical agents and waste discharges that are present in conventional printing methods. The method is beneficial for cutting costs, saving energy, reducing emissions and has cleaner production.

  • Patent number: 9739010
Abstract: A phase-transfer catalytic color fixation processing method for textile includes the following steps: (1) dry-dyeing a textile with disperse reactive dyes in supercritical carbon dioxide fluid under waterless condition; (2) putting the textile in a phase-transfer catalytic fixation device, taking phase-transfer catalyst as the carrier of circulated supercritical carbon dioxide fluid, transporting the ionized fixing catalytic alkaline substance from aqueous phase to hydrophobic supercritical carbon dioxide fluid phase, getting full contact with functional groups on fibers, resulting in the fixing catalytic reaction with disperse reactive dyes.

  • Publication number: 20170003211
Abstract: The invention provides a method for measuring the diffusion performance of an acid dye in a color paste, comprising preparing a primary paste and placing the primary paste into a transparent cylindrical container; adding a dye to the primary paste formulate a color paste, and flatly and uniformly paving a layer of the color paste on an upper surface of the primary paste; performing constant-temperature treatment at 60-95° C. on the cylindrical container, so that the dye in the color paste on the top of the blank primary paste in the cylindrical container diffuses downwards to the bottom of the cylinder; and sampling the primary paste from a sampling hole, and diluting the sampled primary paste with deionized water. The method of the invention has simple operation steps, reliable and safe experiments, highly stable test data and good reproducibility of results, and high temperature and high pressure are not required herein.

  • Publication number: 20160230335
Abstract: The present invention relates to a phase-transfer catalytic colour fixation processing method for a textile. The processing method comprises the following steps: dyeing a natural fibre textile in a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid waterless dyeing system using a disperse reactive dye, and then realizing a reaction fixation of the dye on the fibres using a phase transfer catalyst in the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid. Since the method utilizes the action of the phase-transfer catalyst in the colour fixation stage, an ionized colour fixation reaction accelerator and the like is effectively transferred to the supercritical carbon dioxide colour fixation fluid and solid-phase fibres, thus improving the nucleophilic reactivity of the functional group on the fibres, achieving the colour fixation reaction between the fibres and the dye in the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid conditions, and improving the colour fixation efficiency of the dye on the fibres.
