Abstract: Provided by the present invention is a loop, comprising a fixing plate and a suture, wherein the fixing plate is provided with at least two threading holes, the suture is wound to form a first coil and a second coil, the first coil and the second coil are arranged on a same side of the fixing plate, and two ends of each of the first coil and the second coil are configured to pass through the threading holes; the two ends of the first coil are movably connected to form a first adjustable portion, a third end of the second coil is continuously connected to a first end of the first coil to form a fixing portion, the fixing portion is configured to compress a fourth end of the second coil to form a second adjustable portion.
