    Abstract: An array substrate includes a first substrate; and a first electrode and a second electrode disposed on the first substrate and located in a sub-pixel region. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode includes a plurality of electrode strips. Every two adjacent electrode strips in the first electrode and the second electrode have a slit therebetween. The slit includes a first end portion, a straight portion, and a second end portion connected in sequence. A bend is formed at a connection position of the first end portion and the straight portion, and the second end portion is formed by protruding from the straight portion. The straight portion includes a first edge and a second edge parallel to each other, and an average width of the first end portion in a direction perpendicular to the first edge is less than a width of the straight portion.

    Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a Source Terminal Replication Compensation Circuit for simulating an accurate fraction of a load current. In an illustrative example, a Source Terminal Replication Compensation Circuit (STRCC) may be connected to a motor driving circuit. The STRCC, for example, may include a simulation transistor configured to have a simulated structure of a main transistor in a motor driving circuit. The STRCC may include, for example, a disturbance rejection module (DRM). The DRM may be connected to a source terminal of the sense transistor, and a source terminal of the main transistor. When the DRM is connected to a current sensing resistor, a sense current is generated as a predetermined fraction of a load current of the motor driving circuit, wherein the predetermined fraction is less than 1%. Various embodiments may advantageously reduce heat dissipations at the current sensor resistor.

A throttling effect is achieved by detecting the temperature and pressure in a tube by a temperature/pressure sensor in the electrical components and controlling a motor to rotate a movable valve in the throttling assembly by a circuit control assembly, thereby achieving wireless control over downhole throttling.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method and use of a crosslinked hydrogel for muscle stem cell culture, and belongs to the technical field of biological food materials. Chitosan, alginate, dextran and Ca2+ are crosslinked through physical crosslinking to form a double-network hydrogel with a high mechanical strength, the hydrogel is coated with heparin and collagen through dip coating, such that the hydrogel can immobilize growth factors and adhere to cells. Meanwhile, extracted primary muscle stem cells are inoculated onto the hydrogel and cultured in a growth medium (79% of DMEM, 10% of FBS and 1% of double antibodies) for 24 h. The cells are cultured in an incubator with a differential medium (97% of DMEM, 2% of horse serum and 1% of double antibodies) for 7 d. The hydrogel can enhance the absorption to nutrient substances by the muscle stem cells and facilitate growth of the muscle stem cells.
