Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of wireless communication technology, and in particular, to a handover control method and device. The existing handover mechanism may cause the problem that too frequent handover measurement of a terminal increases the energy consumption of the terminal, negatively impacting the power saving of the terminal.
