Abstract: A cutting element comprises a cylindrical substrate, a table bonded to the substrate, a working surface on the top of the table, and a plurality of dimples on the working surface. The table is made of super-abrasive material. The super-abrasive material can be PCD. Surface patterns of the table can reduce contact friction between the rock and the cutting element. Therefore, heat on the table can be reduced and thermal damage to the table is decreased. This results in improved cutting element service life.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a spent fuel dry reprocessing method for directly obtaining a zirconium alloy nuclear fuel, comprising: determining components and a ratio of a molten salt composition used for melting a spent fuel according to a requirement of reactor design on a zirconium alloy fuel and contents of actinium series metals in the spent fuel; melting the spent fuel in the above molten salt composition; and selecting an electrode pair for electrodeposition so that zirconium in the molten salt composition and uranium ions in the spent fuel or uranium and other actinium series metal ions are subjected to co-deposition, thereby obtaining the zirconium alloy nuclear fuel meeting a design requirement. The spent fuel dry reprocessing method provided by the invention is suitable for oxide spent fuel and metal spent fuel, and is simple and controllable in process, low in energy consumption, low in cost and easy to industrialize.

The vaccine not only induces an increased cross-reactive immune response and cross protection, but can also induce a strain-specific immune response and protection like current inactivated vaccines. A method of administering influenza vaccines is also provided to induce an increased cross-reactive immune response and cross protection, which is especially suitable for use in emergency situations such as a pandemic.

The method includes: receiving a current packet sent by a first entity; acquiring layer 7 application information according to the current packet; if the layer 7 application information is acquired, matching the current packet with a layer 7 traffic distribution policy according to the layer 7 application information; and sending the current packet to a service server after the current packet matches the layer 7 traffic distribution policy. Abstract: A composite biocontrol microbial agent PSX combination controls several soil-borne diseases. The PSX combination was composed of three biocontrol bacteria, which are shaking cultured in the PDA culture solution at 37° C., 180 rpm for 20 to 24 hours, then centrifugated at 4000 g for 10 min, taking the wet bacterium preserved fluid by the ratio of 1:40 to prepare the microbial agent, and then mixing at the ratio of 1:1:1, the total concentration of live bacteria in finished product being of 1×109˜1×1012 cfu/mL. The PSX combination controls soil-borne diseases of plant that occurs complexly or solely, including root knot nematode disease, bacterial wilt, verticillium wilt and blights. Its disease-preventing effect is 60-100%. Yield increase is 30-200%. The effects of preventing Fusarium wilt of banana and rice sheath blight disease are more than 50%, and have 20-80% yield increase. In addition, the PSX combination also can improve soil hardening.
