Abstract: A tensioning method for a tensegrity keel is provided. The method includes the step of determining target values at an attainment of tensegrity. An outline of the integral keel is formed. A middle stiffening ring is tensioned through stretching a hub shaft, thereby attaining a self-equilibrium state. Telescopic rods are provided between stiffening rings and central trusses so that the stiffening rings and the central trusses are connected together. Longitudinal ties are mounted and constraints on bisection points and the central trusses are released and the integral keel is tensioned by stretching the telescopic rods, thereby introducing tension to the longitudinal ties. The lateral stiffening rings are tensioned by stretching the hub shaft, thereby attaining a self-equilibrium state. Adjustments are made using iterative methods so that target values at the attainment of tensegrity will be reached.

The fixing element is provided with a water inlet channel and a first water outlet channel for flushing water. The rotating element is rotatably connected with the fixing element and is provided with a water passage and a second water outlet channel for spraying water. The first spring is disposed between the fixing element and the rotating element. When the rotating element rotates to a first position, the water passage communicates with the water inlet channel and the first water outlet channel, and the first spring is elastically deformed. When the rotating element is released from the first position, the first spring elastically recovers to drive the rotating element to rotate to a second position, and the second water outlet channel communicates with the water inlet channel.

The shower seat is provided with a connecting chamber having an open end, and a snap-fit surface and a second frictional surface are circumferentially disposed in the connecting chamber, respectively. The water outflow switching mechanism is mounted in the valve body. Hook heads of the snap-fit joints are snapped to the snap-fit surface to prevent the shower seat from getting separated from the valve body. When the shower seat rotates with respect to the valve body, the first frictional surface and the second frictional surface rotate accordingly and interact with each other.
