Abstract: The embodiments of the present application provides a method and apparatus for preventing heat damage to a thermal imaging camera. The method includes: obtaining a thermal imaging picture of the thermal imaging camera; detecting whether the thermal imaging picture shows that a high-temperature object appears in the picture of the thermal imaging camera; confirming that the thermal imaging picture shows that a high-temperature object appears in the picture, generating a heat damage alarm signal, and closing a baffle if the baffle is not closed currently. In the present application embodiments, after detecting a heat damage alarm signal, that is, after detecting that a high-energy radiating object enters an image picture, the baffle is closed immediately, thereby avoiding the risk of the sensor being permanently burnt due to directly face to the high-energy radiating object.

Abstract: This application discloses data transmission that includes: dividing to-be-transmitted content into a plurality of data units at a session layer; transmitting the data units to the target terminal device by using a first transmission channel as a responsible channel of the to-be-transmitted content; distributing, by the session layer in a case that the session layer switches the responsible channel of the to-be-transmitted content from the first transmission channel to a second transmission channel with a different transmission protocol, the data units to the second transmission channel; and transmitting the data units distributed by the session layer to the target terminal device through the second transmission channel. In data transmission in this application, the session layer controls switching of the channels and distribution of the data units, so that the transmission sequence is free from constraints of protocols and the degree of freedom in data transmission is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the treatment of transfusion dependence in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The present disclosure relates to methods of using novel biomarkers to treat transfusion dependence in an MDS patient in need thereof. The present disclosure also relates to methods of identifying MDS patients suitable for treatment with a splicing modulator and/or predicting or monitoring treatment efficacy in an MDS patient. In some embodiments, the methods disclosed herein comprise determining at least the ratio of aberrant junction to canonical junction TMEM14C transcripts (TMEM14C AJ/CJ ratio) in the patient. In some embodiments, the methods disclosed herein comprise administering a therapeutically effective amount of a splicing modulator (e.g., Compound 1) based on the patient's TMEM14C AJ/CJ ratio. Therapeutic uses and compositions are also disclosed.

The two LED light sources are connected in series, and the tube pressure and color temperature of the first LED light source and the second LED light source are different; the invention also discloses a realization method of a light adjustment and tone adjustment control circuit. In the present invention, at least two LED light sources with different tube pressures and color temperatures are connected in series to form a whole light source, and the output current of the power supply circuit can be changed by the light adjustment circuit to realize light adjustment and tone adjustment, which has the characteristics of simple circuit design and low operating cost.
