  • Publication number: 20230364591
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing a bimetallic perovskite loaded grapheme-like carbon nitride photocatalyst, comprising: 11) dissolving SbCl3 and AgCl in HCl solution under heating and constant stirring; then adding CsCl in the heated solution to form sediment on the bottom of the beaker; collecting the sediment and wash it with ethanol, and finally drying in an oven to obtain Cs2AgSbCl6 powder; 12) adding melamine into an aluminum oxide crucible and placing it into a muffle furnace for calcination and finally cooling to room temperature naturally to obtain g-C3N4 samples; 13) adding the Cs2AgSbCl6 bimetallic perovskite and the g-C3N4 into a solvent, and stirring after subjecting to ultrasound, and drying after centrifuging to obtain the photocatalyst. Provided is a new idea for the combination of bimetallic halide perovskite and photocatalytic material, and the preparation method has mild conditions, simple operation, and is favorable for large-scale production.

  • Patent number: 6540252
Abstract: An apparatus (10) for helping to protect a vehicle occupant (15) includes an inflatable vehicle occupant protection device (20), an inflator (30), and a cover (40) for the protection device (20). The inflator (30) provides inflation fluid to inflate the protection device (20). The cover (40) has side walls (42a, 42b, 42c, 42d) and a front wall (44) for positioning between the vehicle occupant (15) and the protection device (20). The cover (40) has at least one strong tear seam (50) and at least one weak tear seam (60). The weak tear seam (60) tears when subjected to a first force by the protection device (20). The strong tear seam (50) tears when subjected to a second force by the protection device (20). The second force is larger than the first force. The strong and weak tear seams (50, 60) are located so that a first portion (22) of the protection device (20) initially ruptures the weak tear seams (60). The protection device (20) initially deploys primarily laterally relative to the vehicle occupant (15).

  • Patent number: 6409211
Abstract: Apparatus (10) for helping to protect an occupant of a vehicle (12) which has a side structure (16) and a roof (18) comprises an inflatable vehicle occupant protection device (14). The vehicle occupant protection device (14) is inflatable away from the vehicle roof (18) into a position between the side structure (16) of the vehicle (12) and a vehicle occupant. An inflation fluid source (24) provides inflation fluid for inflating the vehicle occupant protection device (14). The vehicle occupant protection device (14) comprises a seam (60) extending in a spiral-like manner from a location (64) within the boundaries of the vehicle occupant protection device to define a spiral-like chamber portion (80) of the vehicle occupant protection device (14).

  • Patent number: 6227571
Abstract: An apparatus (12) comprises a first steering column member (40) rotatable about a first axis (26) and a steering wheel (20) mounted on the first steering column member. A second steering column member (100) is connected with the first steering column member (40) so that rotation of the first steering column member about the first axis (26) causes rotation of the second steering column member. The first and second steering column members (40 and 100) have a telescoping relationship and have axially overlapped portions (70, 108). An air bag module (30) is mounted on the steering wheel (20) and includes an inflatable air bag (32). An actuatable device (90) emits gas which causes the first and second steering column members (40 and 100) to telescope together and causes at least a portion of the air bag module (30) to move away from the vehicle driver as the air bag (32) is inflated.

  • Patent number: 6068290
Abstract: An inflator (10) for an inflatable vehicle occupant protection device, such as an air bag, includes a housing (12) storing a non-pressurized source (16) of inflation fluid. The source (16) of inflation fluid is an elongated body (16) of ignitable material which, when ignited, generates combustion products including inflation gas and particulate matter. An imperforate tubular wall portion (20) of the housing (12) has an inner surface (66) extending fully along and around the elongated body (16) of ignitable material. The inner surface (66) functions to remove particulate matter from the inflation gas. The housing (12) further contains a tubular filter structure (120) formed of gas-permeable material for removing additional particulate matter from the inflation gas. The tubular filter structure (120) is substantially shorter than the elongated body (16) of ignitable material.
