    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first signal associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second signal associated with a second RAT. The UE may determine that first signal measurements associated with the first signal satisfy a first condition and second signal measurements associated with the second signal satisfy a second condition. The UE may transmit, to a first base station associated with the first RAT, a measurement report that excludes the first signal measurements and the second signal measurements based at least in part on the first condition and the second condition being satisfied. The UE may transmit information identifying one or more adjusted measurement values based at least in part on the determination of the one or more threshold criteria.
