    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for mapping a logical channel to a Media Access Control (MAC) flow, the method includes: a Radio Network Controller (RNC) informs a User Equipment (UE) of corresponding relationship between a Common Control Channel (CCCH) and an Enhanced-Dedicated Channel (E-DCH) MAC flow through signaling; the UE receives the signaling, and obtains the corresponding relationship between the CCCH and the E-DCH MAC flow. The present disclosure further discloses a system for mapping a logical channel to an MAC flow. Through the method and system disclosed in the present disclosure, it is convenient for both a Node B (NodeB) and UE can accurately obtain the corresponding relationship between the CCCH and the E-DCH MAC flow, which ensures the NodeB decodes correctly, thus improving the success rate in receiving signaling and data.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for reducing information load of Packet Service Control Channel and a method for updating channelization code. The method for reducing information load of Packet Service Control Channel comprises the following steps: sending a service access request to a RNC by means of a UE; determining whether the service need to monitor HS-SCCH, and if the HS-SCCH is determined not to be monitored, configuring a transport block size index used when the UE does not need to monitor the HS-SCCH and transmitting the transport block size index to a BS, by means of a RNC; determining a channelization code of a High-Speed Physical Shared Channel according to the transport block size index, and sending the channelization code to the RNC, by means of the BS; transmitting the transport block size index and the channelization code to the UE by means of the RNC.

    Abstract: A method and device for an inter-RAT handover for a PS service in a dual-mode RNC are disclosed in the present invention, which are used to support an inter-RAT handover optimization flow of the PS service in the dual-mode RNC, thereby solving the problem that the current inter-RAT handover optimization flow does not support the PS handover. With the present invention, in the inter-RAT handover optimization flow, an inter-RAT relocation flow and a radio resource allocation flow of a destination system are executed in parallel, and an encryption indication is sent to a central network through inter-RAT relocation required message; a BSC forwards user data to the central network according to the encryption indication.
