    Abstract: A set of rough prediction modes including a MPM subset is determined for a code block during image encoding. A first prediction mode having a mode cost less than a first threshold is selected from the set of rough prediction modes, and a second prediction mode having a mode cost less than a second threshold is selected from the MPM subset. A candidate mode subset is determined based on mode types of prediction modes contained in the set of rough prediction modes and a ranking result of mode costs of the prediction modes, when the mode cost of the first prediction mode is different from the mode cost of the second prediction mode. A target prediction mode is determined for the code block from the candidate mode subset. The code block is encoded with the target prediction mode.

The method includes: determining a candidate video set including multiple candidate videos corresponding to a target service requirement; classifying the candidate videos by content categories to obtain a target distribution of content categories; clustering the candidate videos by values of a preset coding complexity to obtain multiple video classes; selecting from each of the video classes respectively a target class-representative video such that an actual distribution of content categories is consistent with the target distribution of content categories; and constructing a target video coding test sequence based on the target class-representative videos.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides use of a Chaetomium globosum strain in controlling Fusarium crown rot (FCR) of wheat. The C. globosum strain under the deposit designation of 12XP1-2-3 is deposited at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on Jan. 23, 2019 with an accession number of CGMCC No. 17183. Field experiments conclude that coating of wheat seeds with Chaetomium globosum strain 12XP1-2-3 can reduce diseased stem rate, disease rating, and disease index by 19.0%-41.3%, 43.7%, and 4.7%-45.4%, respectively.
