Abstract: The present application relates to devices and components including apparatus, systems, and methods to provide SCell activation. In one example, an SCell activation procedure may be extended by a duration based on cancelation of CSI-RS reception. In another example, a base station may use particular configuration parameters to avoid cancelation of CSI-RS reception. In yet another example, a UE and a base station may use particular information for a CSI-RS reception/transmission on an SCell that is being activated.

Abstract: A hydraulic actuator with no friction and zero leakage and its drive system are provided. The hydraulic actuator includes a thickened disc structure A and a thickened disc structure B. The second end face of the thickened disc structure A is connected with the first end face of the thickened disc structure B, and a control cavity is formed between the second end face of the thickened disc structure A and the first end face of the thickened disc structure B. The drive oil access hole is arranged on the thickened disc structure B, and the control cavity is connected with the drive oil access hole. The displacement output method based on elastic deformation is adopted, which completely avoids the nonlinear phenomena such as leakage and friction, and reduces the difficulty of high-precision control of the actuator.

The human-scale closed-bore MPI device includes: a gradient module configured to generate a static gradient magnetic field; a rotating scanning module configured to construct a rotating uniform alternating magnetic field; an excitation module configured to construct a uniform alternating magnetic field; an induction module configured to acquire a nonlinear magnetization response signal of magnetic particles; and a compensation module configured to compensate for a coupling signal between a first cylindrical coil and a second cylindrical coil.

Abstract: Measurement resources are often limited in 5G and 4G-LTE communications. As a result, SMTC and CSI-RS measurement windows will occasionally be assigned to the same resource elements of a signal frame. This results in a collision that must be resolved, since both measurements cannot be performed simultaneously. The collision can be resolved using restriction, where overlapping resource elements are assigned to either the SMTC or the CSI-RS measurements, or can be resolved using measurement sharing, where overlapping resource elements are divided among the two measurements according to a measurement sharing factor. Various factors, including priority or window periodicity may be taken into account by the measurement rules that dictate collision resolution.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method and system for adjusting a memory, and a semiconductor device. The method for adjusting a memory includes: acquiring a mapping relationship among a temperature of a transistor, a substrate bias voltage of a sense amplification transistor in a sense amplifier, and an actual data writing time of the memory; acquiring a current temperature of the transistor; and adjusting the substrate bias voltage on the basis of the current temperature and the mapping relationship, such that an actual data writing time corresponding to an adjusted substrate bias voltage is within a preset writing time.

An example method generates SCI stage 1 and stage 2 for transmitting a transport block (TB) to a user equipment device (UE). The method includes determining the type of sidelink communication for transmitting the TB. An SCI stage 2 format is selected based on the type of sidelink communication. An SCI stage 2 payload is encoded in accordance with the selected SCI stage 2 format. The selected SCI stage 2 format value is encoded in an SCI stage 1 payload. The SCI stage 1 payload and SCI stage 2 payload are transmitted to the UE.
