The transmitting coil carrying frame is arranged inside the transmitting coil; the transmitting coil carrying frame is configured as a carrier of the transmitting coil, and configured for adjusting a side length of the transmitting coil and a shape of the transmitting coil; the square is configured for clamping and connecting the transmitting coil and the transmitting coil carrying frame to fix the transmitting coil to the transmitting coil carrying frame. The current generator is configured for generating transient current; the turns-variable device is configured for changing the turns of the transmitting coil; and the transmitting coil is configured for transmitting the transient current to a target area to be measured.

Abstract: A cooling system performance early warning method based on dictionary learning is disclosed. A sensor and an oil pump frequency converter are arranged on a cooler of the cooling system to measure operation data of the cooling system. A PLC controller is installed on the cooler to collect the measured operation data and connected with a cloud server, and the cloud server first performs offline dictionary learning on the data, so as to establish a performance cads warning model for each group of coolers respectively. After the offline dictionary learning stage is completed, an online early warning stage is entered, and the established performance early warning model is used to carry out a real-time performance early warning of the cooling system. The early warning method can use the established performance early warning model to carry out real-time performance early warning, which has the advantages of real-time, realizability and strong pertinence.

The second epitaxial layer is disposed on the first epitaxial layer and is a phosphide compound layer, where a material of the second epitaxial layer is different from a material of the first epitaxial layer. The interface treatment layer contacts the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer and is located between the first epitaxial layer and the second epitaxial layer. An image contrast ratio of a transmission electron microscope (TEM) of the interface treatment layer to the first epitaxial layer and an image contrast ratio of the TEM of the interface treatment layer to the second epitaxial layer are both greater than 1.005. A method for forming an epitaxial structure is also provided.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the method comprises mixing a transitional metal or its oxide with a bone powder or a shell powder, followed by heating the mixture for at least 12 hours to dehydrate the mixture, and calcinating the dehydrated product for 1-5 hours. In certain embodiments, the bone powder is mixed with titanium dioxide at the weight ratio of 1:1.
