    Abstract: A user equipment (UE), baseband processor or other network device (e.g., base station, next generation NodeB, etc.) can operate to configure a hand over (HO) or a primary secondary cell (PSCell) addition based on a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) based contention free random access (CFRA) procedure. A CSI-RS rough timing of a CSI-RS position can be determined based on a synchronization signal block (SSB) associated with a CSI-RS or a serving cell timing. A CFRA transmit timing can be determined based on the CSI-RS rough timing or a CSI-RS fine timing that is derived from a timing and frequency (T/F) tracking operation on the CSI-RS. Reference signal receive power (RSRP) measurement(s) can be made on the CSI-RS for performing the CSI-RS based CFRA procedure with transmissions according to the CSI-RS transmit timing of the CSI-RS that satisfies an RSRP threshold.

A difference between the intermediate image and the target image may be determined. The geometry feature may be transmitted to a receiving device for 3D scene reconstruction in response to determining that the difference is lower than a predetermined threshold.

During use, a mask is evenly applied to the face; and after the mask dries, the entire mask may be removed directly or removed after being moistened using water. The mask substrate according to the present invention is also applicable to body masks such as a hand mask, a neck mask and a back mask.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional reservoir based on three-dimensional volatile memristors and a method for manufacturing the same. In the three-dimensional reservoir, a memory layer, a select layer, and an electrode layer in each via form a memristor which is a reservoir unit. The three-dimensional reservoir is formed based on a stacking structure and multiple vias. The three-dimensional reservoir is constructed by using virtual nodes generated from dynamic characteristics of the three-dimensional memristors. An interfacial memristor is first constructed, and its volatility is verified through electric tests. A vertical three-dimensional array is manufactured based on the volatile memristor. A dynamic characteristic of the memristor is adjusted through a Schottky barrier. Different layers in the three-dimensional reservoir correspond to different reservoirs, which are constructed by controlling memristors in the different layers, respectively.
