    Abstract: A system and a method for updating mobile computing devices with an update package and for exchanging information on an exclusive channel between the mobile computing device provider and the mobile computing device user. The method comprises publishing a first update package available for the first group, updating the first group, then publishing a second update package available message for the second group and updating the second group. The method also comprises establishing a private channel between the mobile computing device and the mobile computing device provider, and exchanging information on the private channel.
