  • Publication number: 20220142986
Abstract: The disclosure provides a tebipenem pivoxil HBr formulation in the form of a tablet core comprising at least 70% (w/w) tebipenem pivoxil HBr, and in certain embodiment more than 80% (w/w) tebipenem pivoxil HBr. The disclosure provides a tebipenem pivoxil HBr tablet core comprising at least 70% w/w tebipenem pivoxil HBr, 5-25% w/w of a diluent, 0.5 to 5% w/w of a glidant, 0.5 to 5% w/w of a lubricant, and optionally 0.5 to 5% w/w of disintegrant. The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient who has a bacterial infection such as complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI), acute and chronic pyelonephritis, an upper or lower respiratory infection, or bacteremia by administering a formulation of the disclosure to the patient.

  • Patent number: 10515360
Abstract: An RFID tag to be authenticated in an authentication phase includes a tag memory. The tag memory stores an encryption key and an information table. The information table has a specific storing attribute quantified with a predetermined value, and is read after the authentication phase by using the predetermined value. The encryption key is derived from the predetermined value, and decrypted in the authentication phase to authenticate the RFID tag. A system and method for securing an RFID tag is also provided.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9058420
Abstract: Dynamic program analysis is decoupled from execution in virtual computer environments and is carried out synchronously with program execution. Decoupled dynamic program analysis is enabled by separating execution and analysis into two tasks: (1) recording, where system execution is recorded with minimal interference, and (2) analysis, where the execution is replayed and analyzed. Synchronous decoupled program analysis is enabled by suspending execution or data outputs of the program until a confirmation is received that the analysis is in sync with the program execution.
