A receptacle tray to receive medical equipment is securely mounted to the rigid support frame via a removable connection. The receptacle tray includes a first planar surface positioned above a body lying over said top surface of said operating room table. The receptacle tray is slidable, relative to the rigid support frame, along a direction substantially parallel to the upper support surface of the rigid support frame.
