    Abstract: Provided herein is a nucleic acid extraction and the structure of a reaction chamber is improved such that a piston, a reaction chamber and a magnetic rod are independent of one another, magnetic beads are more concentrated, more sufficient adsorption, washing and elution are achieved, dead corners are eliminated, when the nucleic acid extraction and amplification device is used to perform nucleic acid extraction and amplification. The sensitivity and accuracy of nucleic acid detection can be further improved, and missing and wrong detection can be avoided.

The method comprises wrapping a first bladder in a first composite laminate, wrapping a second bladder in a second composite laminate. The method further comprises joining the first composite laminate and the second composite laminate by wrapping them both in a third composite laminate to form an un-cured vessel. The un-cured vessel is cured by heating the uncured vessel and pressurizing the bladder while the uncured vessel is in a vessel mold.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cathode composite material for a lithium-ion battery (LIB), and a preparation method thereof. The cathode composite material for an LIB is composed of a lithium-containing matrix and a three-layer coating layer coated on a surface of the matrix, where the three-layer coating layer includes a lithium-deficient matrix material layer, a lithium-deficient lithium cobalt phosphate (LCP) layer, and a cobalt phosphate layer in sequence from inside to outside. The cathode composite material of the present disclosure can reduce the oxidation of a highly-delithiated cathode material to an electrolyte under high voltage, and has a high energy density.
