  • Patent number: 10917370
Abstract: Electronic communication-based storage of content items to support multiple workflows is provided. When an attached content item is received with an electronic communication, a receiving user may select the attached content item for review and editing in an immersive view pane that may be launched adjacent to or in proximity to an electronic mail viewing pane. When the received content item is edited, a copy of the edited content item is temporarily stored with the electronic communication with which the content item was received at an associated electronic communication server. When the receiving user then desires to dispose of the edited content item, for example, by replying back to the sending user with the edited content item as an attachment, the edited content item may be retrieved from the electronic communication server automatically for attachment to the responsive communication.

  • Publication number: 20210003733
Abstract: Numerical and/or semi-analytical methods are leveraged to decouple a complete set of nonzero electromagnetic field tensor components (118) from detected signal data (119). Nine nonzero components can serve as inputs for a three-dimensional inversion process to determine formation properties. A resistivity tool (100) containing at least one transmitter (111) and at least one receiver (108, 109) at tilted angles receives an electromagnetic signal throughout a rotation. A difference in the azimuthal positions of the transmitter(s) and receiver(s) during rotation of the resistivity tool can result in an azimuthal offset between resistivity tool subs. The components (118) are decoupled from the detected signal data (119) numerically or semi-analytically according to whether the azimuthal offset angle is known. If the azimuthal offset angle is known, the nine components are determined numerically through curve fitting.

  • Patent number: 10788601
Abstract: In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, a system and method for determining a measurement for a pseudo receiver antenna with a different lateral position and a different azimuthal direction than at least two receiver antennas disposed on one or more wellbore tools is provided. The method involves transmitting an electromagnetic signal into a subterranean formation surrounding a borehole, and measuring one or more responses of the subterranean formation to the electromagnetic signal using at least two receiver antennas. The two receiver antennas are oriented in differing azimuthal directions relative to one or more tools to which the receiver are coupled, and arranged in a non-parallel angular orientation with respect to each other. The method then includes determining a response measured by a pseudo receiver antenna with a desired angular orientation and a desired azimuthal direction with respect to the one or more tools.

  • Publication number: 20200255862
Abstract: Provided are a cell strain HEK293.CS for reducing the production of a replication competent adenovirus, and a construction method and the use thereof. HEK293.CS is a safe adenovirus-producing cell line constructed by knocking out a gene fragment homologous to the Ad5 adenovirus E1 gene in HEK293 and providing a template plasmid to replace said gene fragment with a non-homologous sequence that stabilizes the expression of the E1 gene. Compared with the unmodified HEK293 cell strain, HEK293.CS shows no decrease in growth ability and virus production ability, but does not produce a detectable RCA. HEK293.CS can be used for the mass culture of a recombinant human type 5 adenovirus, and reducing the probability of RCA production in the manufacture process of drugs such as vaccines and antibodies.
