A display lamp unit includes a water supply lamp, an ice cube supply lamp and a crushed ice supply lamp to correspond to a water supply button, an ice cube supply button and a crushed ice supply button of the button unit, and the water supply lamp, the ice cube supply lamp and the crushed ice supply lamp implement different colors, whereby different colors may be implemented at the display lamp unit according to types of supply objects selected via the button unit.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for controlling a lamp of a refrigerator. The apparatus may include a dispenser provided on a refrigerator door and a lamp installed within the dispenser for illuminating the dispenser. The dispenser may include a rotary member that rotates as an operation lever provided in the dispenser is operated and a duct door for selectively opening and closing an ice duct. The rotary member may include a rotary shaft supported by side walls of the dispenser and a connector part that extends from the rotary shaft. The duct door may be coupled to the connection part.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling lamps which are provided in a dispenser and a backlight of a manipulation button array. According to the present invention, at least one lamp is provided in the dispenser and an illumination sensor for sensing the surrounding brightness of a refrigerator or a sensor for detecting a user approaching the refrigerator is also provided. There is also provided a memory unit for previously storing a reference luminous intensity, the value of which is capable of being changed by the user. There is also provided a lamp driving unit for selectively controlling the brightness of the lamp by controlling the output signal thereof according to a driving control signal of a control unit. According to the present invention, the user can easily take ice or water from the dispenser because the lamp is turned on.

Abstract: A heat exchanger and manufacturing method thereof, include a plurality of radiating pins which are aligned at a predetermined interval and a plurality of refrigerant tubes which are positioned to be penetrated among the radiating pins and through which refrigerant passes. In addition, the refrigerant tubes are mutually connected by the connection pipes, inflow/discharge pipes are respectively connected with the refrigerant tubes of one side, and connection portions of the refrigerant tubes and connection pipes and connection portions of the inflow/discharge pipes and the refrigerant tubes are simultaneously joined by a melting processing. Accordingly, the heat exchanger can reduce a manufacturing process and cost, by simultaneously joining a connection portion of the refrigerant tubes and connection pipes and connection portion of the inflow pipe and discharge pipe, by a melting processing.
