The method of producing an in-cell touch panel includes the following steps: providing a base layer that includes an inner side; providing a light-shading layer located on the inner side, wherein the light-shading layer includes a light-shading area and a plurality of holes; providing a plurality of metal lines located on the light-shading area and not covering the holes; providing a color filter film layer located on the light-shading layer and a portion of the metal lines; and providing a conductive film layer located on the color filter film layer, the other portion of the metal lines, and the light-shading layer.

The said another part of the electrode layer is sandwiched between the first visual masking layer and the second visual masking layer.

    Abstract: A touch panel configured to provide a touch signal is provided. The touch panel includes a substrate, a first vision opaque layer, an electrode layer, and a metal material layer. The substrate has a display area and a first recess portion. A part of or all of the first vision opaque layer is filled in the first recess portion. A part of the electrode layer is disposed on the display area and the other part of the electrode layer is disposed on the first vision opaque layer. When an object touches or approaches the touch panel, the electrode layer generates a touch signal correspondingly. The metal material layer is disposed on the first vision opaque layer and is connected with the electrode layer electrically to transmit the touch signal to a driving element. Besides, a manufacturing method of the touch panel is also provided.

    Abstract: A touch display device including a touch module, a display module, and a bonding member is provided. The touch module includes a touch panel and a film member bonded to each other. The bonding member is connected between the touch module and the display module. The bonding member forms a gap between the touch module and the display module.
