  • Patent number: 5572085
Abstract: An electron gun for a color cathode ray tube is disclosed in which a correction electrode having horizontally elongated electron beam passing holes is fixed in a second accelerating/focusing electrode located between an inner shield fixed to the second accelerating/focusing electrode and a shield cup, thereby correcting astigmatism of an electron beam.

  • Patent number: 5455481
Abstract: An electrode structure of an electron gun for a cathode ray tube has a plurality of cathodes for emitting thermions, grid electrodes to form an electron beam of thermions, a first acceleration and focus electrode, a second acceleration and focus electrode and a dipole lens system which forms a circular beam spot on a screen of the cathode ray tube by removing the horizontal lengthening of the beam spot due to an increase in the amount of deflection of the beam in the peripheral portion of the screen of the cathode ray tube. The dipole lens system has a first electrode and a second electrode to which a dynamic voltage of a predetermined range is applied. The first electrode of the dipole lens system has opening portions which pierce the upper and lower sides of the first accelerator and focus electrode. The second electrode of the dipole lens system has horizontal plates which cover the opening portions with a predetermined gap.

  • Patent number: 5271003
Abstract: An internal routing method in an internal network for improving signaling message processing capability by balancing the workload among message handling processors (MHP) in common channel signaling system used in electronic exchanges. An internal routing algorithm is provided in the internal network to balance the workload among MHP's based on the characteristics of a circuit identification code (CIC). An identifying trunk circuit is uniformly distributed, and a load unbalancing factor is formulated approximately as a function of the number of failed MHP's as a worst case. With this approach, all MHP's are loaded almost equally regardless of the number of failed MHP's.

  • Patent number: 4902367
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and to a method for the preparation of mosaic floor decorations. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and to a method for the preparation of mosaic floor decorations which conveniently and uniformly arrange the dispersed chips in order to achieve an aesthetically pleasing design. The method comprises harmonizing chip pieces having various colors and shapes by uniformly arranging the chips by dispersing them upon a substrate by using a sliding-table having many different incline angles.
