Abstract: Disclosed is a TMS for an optical fiber remote control submersible, including an upper cylinder equipped with a counterweight and a lower cylinder equipped with a buoy; the upper cylinder and the lower cylinder are sleeved with each other, and matched electromagnets and iron plates are respectively installed in the two parts; the upper cylinder is connected with a mother ship through a light armoured optical power cable, and the light armoured optical power cable may provide electric power for the electromagnets, and the lower cylinder is connected with a submersible through a light load-bearing optical fiber cable; and an end of the light armoured optical power cable inside the upper cylinder is optically connected with an end of the light load-bearing optical fiber cable inside the lower cylinder.

Abstract: Techniques described herein relate to systems and methods of data storage, and more particularly to providing layering of file system functionality on an object interface. In certain embodiments, file system functionality may be layered on cloud object interfaces to provide cloud-based storage while allowing for functionality expected from a legacy applications. For instance, POSIX interfaces and semantics may be layered on cloud-based storage, while providing access to data in a manner consistent with file-based access with data organization in name hierarchies. Various embodiments also may provide for memory mapping of data so that memory map changes are reflected in persistent storage while ensuring consistency between memory map changes and writes. For example, by transforming a ZFS file system disk-based storage into ZFS cloud-based storage, the ZFS file system gains the elastic nature of cloud storage.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide methods, apparatus, and systems for providing caller ID. In an exemplary method implemented on a caller device, a portrait file to be used as a caller ID is created, and sent to a portrait distribution system (PDS) on a server via an IP network. A distribution policy corresponding to the portrait file is generated, and sent to a policy control system (PCS) on the server via the IP network, to cause the PCS to perform a selective distribution process. The selective distribution process includes selecting a callee device by using the distribution policy, generating a notification, and sending the notification to the callee device, such that the callee device downloads the portrait file from the PDS via the IP network according to the notification and executes the portrait file as the caller ID when the caller device calls the callee device.
