  • Publication number: 20240131173
Abstract: Transcription factors (TFs) represent a major class of therapeutic targets for the treatment of human diseases including cancer. Although the biological function and even crystal structure of many TFs have been clearly elucidated, there is still no viable approach to target the majority of TFs, thus rendering them undruggable for decades. PROTACs (PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras) have emerged as a powerful tool for the pharmaceutical development since the effect of PROTACs largely relies on engineered protein-protein interaction to aid the degradation of targets by the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS). The present disclosure provides a DNA-PROTAC platform for targeted degraders of individual TFs of interest. These DNA based Transcription Factor targetting PROTACS (or “TF-PROTACS”) may provide specificity to TF degradation based on the conserved DNA-binding motifs of respective TFs.

  • Publication number: 20240134780
Abstract: Techniques for generating a test case involve: acquiring a first set of coding sequences representing a first set of test cases selected from a test case set for product testing. A test element in a test case of the test case set is coded based on the position of the test element in the element hierarchy of the test case set. The techniques further involve: generating a second set of coding sequences by performing a random variation related to at least one test element with respect to the first set of coding sequences; and generating a second set of test cases based on the second set of coding sequences. Accordingly, product testing and development may be automated, and the case set may change dynamically in a way that is adapted to product development while significantly reducing the overhead of designing and reviewing test cases throughout the product life cycle.

  • Publication number: 20240137082
Abstract: A communication method and apparatus. A terminal device determines channel state information based on S indexes of S vectors. Each of the S vectors is included in a first vector quantization dictionary. The first vector quantization dictionary includes N1 vectors, where N1 and S are both positive integers. The terminal device sends the channel state information to a network device. Because a vector included in the vector quantization dictionary usually has a relatively large dimension, quantizing channel information by using the first vector quantization dictionary is equivalent to performing dimension expansion on the channel information or maintaining a relatively high dimension. High-precision feedback is implemented by using relatively low signaling overheads.

  • Patent number: 11963519
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a kit and method for constructing a long-acting depression animal model. The present disclosure adopts Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG) (or Mycobacterium bovis (M bovis)) and low-dose pertussis toxin (PTX) for combined induction, which greatly reduces modeling cost. A mouse model constructed by the method of the present disclosure can clearly distinguish a time interval of pathological behaviors from a time interval of depression-like behaviors and has prominent face validity and predictive validity. The method of the present disclosure is simple and convenient and does not require a large number of tedious daily operations as the depression model construction by chronic unpredictable stress, chronic restraint stress, social defeat, mother-child separation, or the like. The mouse model of the present disclosure can provide a valuable long-term intervention window for research on antidepressant therapy.
