  • Patent number: 10584359
Abstract: Disclosed is a genetically recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae useful for degrading and utilizing kitchen wastes. Genes encoding ?-amylase (AMY), glucoamylase (GA) and acid protease (AP) were introduced into the genetically recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae using a Saccharomyces cerevisiae multi-gene co-expression vector and successfully expressed and secreted. The Saccharomyces cerevisiae so obtained are capable of secreting amylases and protease to degrade the starch and proteins in kitchen wastes to produce carbon and nitrogen sources such as glucose, polypeptides and amino acids, allowing fermentation into ethanol.

Abstract: An apparatus, such as a re-driver, can include a receiver port coupled to a first link partner across a first link; a transmitter port coupled to a second link partner across a second link; and a power management (PM) controller implemented in hardware. The PM controller can detect a PM control signal, determine a PM state for the apparatus based on the PM control signal, and cause the apparatus to enter the PM state. The apparatus can transmit electrical signals to the second link partner based on the PM state. The PM management control signal can include a clock request, an electrical idle, a common mode voltage, or other electrical signal indicative of a PM link state change of a link partner coupled to the re-driver.

  • Patent number: 9941611
Abstract: Techniques and mechanisms for providing a reference potential with a flexible circuit device. In an embodiment, the flexible circuit device includes a first interconnect to exchange a signal and a second interconnect to exchange a reference potential that facilitates shielding of the signal. The first and second interconnects are variously coupled to a printed circuit board (PCB) via a first contact and a second contact of a hardware interface. During such coupling, a maximum height of the second interconnect from a side of the PCB at the hardware interface is greater than a maximum height of the first interconnect from the side of the PCB at the hardware interface. In another embodiment, a distance of the first contact from an end of the flexible circuit device is different than a distance of the second contact from the end of the flexible circuit device.

  • Patent number: 9846932
Abstract: In order to detect defects in display panels by an automatic way accurately and quickly, the present invention proposes a method combining image feature extraction and classifier model. It calculates the histograms of oriented gradient (HOG) of images of the display panel collected by an industrial camera of a detection apparatus as feature vectors. Then use them as input samples to train the classifier model to recognize the defects of the display panel.
