Publication number: 20230381110Abstract: A preparation method of a tumor microparticle encapsulating a metabolic inhibitor includes following steps. A tumor cell is cultivated, and a statin drug is added to a culture medium after the tumor cell grows stably. Then, the tumor cell is irradiated with an ultraviolet, and then the tumor cell is incubated in a cell incubator for 22˜26 hours. After the incubation, cell supernatant is collected and the tumor microparticle encapsulating the metabolic inhibitor is obtained through a gradient centrifugation. The preparation method uses tumor cell-derived microparticles as drug delivery platforms, with a simple preparation process that preserves functions such as biosafety, biocompatibility, targeting, and intercellular communication. The preparation method discovers new uses of a statin drug, which can inhibit tumor growths with the statin drug, regulate tumors metabolism and improve a tumor microenvironment, and have a potential to enhance a chemotherapy efficacy and delay a chemotherapy resistance.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 22, 2023Publication date: November 30, 2023Inventors: Yang Jin, WenJuan Chen, Qi Tan, JingJing Deng

Patent number: 11095426Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a receiver for receiving data over a wired communication channel. The receiver includes an analog front end circuit, a pulse generation circuit and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). The analog front end circuit receives an analog signal carrying data over the wired communication channel, and outputs a data signal with data bit transitions between voltage levels. The pulse generation circuit generates a pulse signal in response to the data bit transitions in the data signal. The voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) generates an oscillation signal for providing sampling clocks for the data signal. The voltage-controlled oscillator aligns transitions in the oscillation signal to the pulse signal by forcing the oscillation signal to transit voltage levels in response to a pulse in the pulse signal.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 2019Date of Patent: August 17, 2021Assignee: Marvell Asia Pte, Ltd.Inventors: Wenjie Li, Jianmin Guo, Xin Ma, Hui Wang, Jingjing Deng, Changguo Shen

Patent number: 11012226Abstract: A short-reach data link receiver includes an edge detector configured to generate a pulse on an edge of a data input, a first clock-data recovery path coupled to an output of the edge detector for recovering a clock and data from the output of the edge detector, a second clock-data recovery path coupled to the output of the edge detector for recovering the clock and data from the output of the edge detector, and a controller configured to alternate between the first and second clock-data recovery paths to recover the clock and data using one of the paths while calibrating the other path. The controller may swap the paths whenever calibration of one path is completed. That may include beginning calibration of the next path immediately after swapping of the paths. Alternatively, power consumption may be reduced by delaying calibration of the next path after swapping of the paths.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2020Date of Patent: May 18, 2021Assignee: Marvell Asia Pte, Ltd.Inventors: Jianmin Guo, Jingjing Deng, Wenjie Li, Pilong Gao, Hui Wang, Xin Ma
