The UE receives an indication of one or more frequency-domain RBs assigned within the active BWP for carrying the user data. The indication is encoded based on a size NBWP,2size (<size NBWP,1size) of another BWP than the active BWP. The UE decodes the indication to obtain a starting virtual RB and a length of contiguously allocated RBs within the active BWP. The starting virtual RB is encoded with resolution K RBs, with K being based on a ratio of sizes NBWP,1size and NBWP,2size.
