Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an indication message sent by a network device, wherein the indication message includes related information of a signaling radio bearer SRB1 and/or a signaling radio bearer SRB2; and determining, on the basis of the indication message, whether to execute data transmission on the SRB1 and/or the SRB2 in a small data transmission (SDT) mode. The embodiments of the present disclosure solve the problem of an increased transmission delay caused by the fact that a terminal cannot execute data transmission on SRB1 and/or SRB2 by using SDT.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for reducing a latency, a terminal, and a device. The method includes: receiving downlink control information DCI; and activating/deactivating configured grant CG and packet data convergence protocol PDCP duplication transmission based on the DCI. With the above solution, the PDCP duplication transmission can be quickly activated/deactivated and the service transmission latency can be reduced.

The method includes: receiving, by the UE, configuration information sent by a first network side device, where the configuration information includes a list, and the list is a cell list or a base station list; and entering, by the UE, an intermediate state according to the configuration information, where the intermediate state means that: when the UE stores context information of the UE, if the UE moves and a cell movement range falls within a coverage area of a cell or a base station included in the list, the UE performs cell reselection according to the list. Embodiments of the present disclosure are applicable to optimization of signaling transmission between the UE and a network side.
