Abstract: A VR glasses headband includes a glasses body and a headband body connected with each other. The headband body comprises a first binding strap and a second binding strap; the first binding strap is used for abutting against the back side of a head of a human body, the second binding strap is used for abutting against the top of the head of a human body, the second binding strap is rotatably connected to the first binding strap, the first binding strap is provided with a first adjustment structure for adjusting the length of the first binding strap, and the second binding strap is provided with a second adjustment structure for adjusting the length of the second binding strap; the VR glasses headband provided by the present application has the feature of good wearing comfort, adapting to the wearing requirements of people with different head sizes, and improving wearing comfort.
