  • Patent number: 8142752
Abstract: The method which is the subject of protection is characteristic by the fact that firstly is made the suspension consisting of 10 to 20 mass % of mineral talc and 80 to 90 mass % of water; resulting suspension is homogenized and thereafter is heated to the temperature 50° to 70° C. To heated suspension is then added 37% hydrochloric acid in the amount of 1 to 6 mass % under continuous stirring. After reaching pH 3 to 5 and increasing the temperature up to 85° C., to the suspension is then added concentrated sulphuric acid in the amount of 1 to 5 mass %. The suspension is further maintained at the temperature up to 90° C., then it is chilled to the ambient temperature and thereafter is separated the sediment which is finally dried at the temperature 140° to 160° C. after washing with water and reaching pH 5 to 6.

  • Patent number: 5490375
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of respinning-in in open-end spinning machines after a bobbin removal from the swinging arms (51, 52) of the bobbin holder (5) or at the beginning of spinning at an empty spinning station, and to a device for carrying out the method. During the fixing of the empty tube (8) between the swinging arms (51, 52) of the bobbin holder (5) at a spinning station at rest, an ancillary yarn (15) is inserted between a swinging arm (51) and the edge of the tube (8) and then gripped the swinging arm (51), then its opposite end is adapted for one spinning-in in an attending device (9) and spun-in, then is this ancillary yarn (15) together with the beginning of the newly spun yarn wound onto the tube (8) as yarn reserve, whereupon the yarn is handed over to the distributing mechanism of the machine for producing a cross-wound bobbin.

  • Patent number: 5396758
Abstract: In an open-end spinning machine, an empty tube is placed between the holder swinging arms of a bobbin holder of a spinning station at rest. An ancillary yarn is inserted and gripped at one end between one of the swinging arms and the edge of the tube. The opposite end of the ancillary yarn is adapted for spinning-in by cutting and shaping the opposite end which is in turn fed into a spinning unit. The ancillary yarn together with newly spun yarn is wound onto the tube through the spinning unit for making a yarn reserve. This yarn reserve is used by the open-end spinning machine for producing a cross-wound bobbin.
