    Abstract: Fireproof polymer additive is created from non-toxic components of a melt of waterless mixture of ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, and melamine and/or urea, with temperature ranging from 240° C. to 350° C.; the common melt is maintained at the said temperature for at least 30 seconds, subsequently it is left to cool and the solidified melt is disintegrated into particles smaller than 200 ?m, preferably smaller than 50 ?m, especially preferably smaller than 10 ?m. Each of the two components can at the entry from 5 to 95% of the mass of the final mixture. In case of the realization with three or four components, each of the components can at the entry from 5 to 50% of the mass of the final mixture. The fireproof polymer additive is added to the basic material in ratio of 1% to 80% of the share of the mass of the resulting matter.

    Abstract: Fire impregnation substance is produced by polymerization of non-toxic components in such a way that pentaerythritol (5% to 90% of the mass) and ammonium polyphosphate (5% to 90% of the mass) are added to the water (30% to 96% of the mass) with temperature from 5° C. to 98° C. and the solution is mixed until it is pure. The mutual ratio of the components of pentaerythritol and ammonium polyphosphate can range from 1:18 to 18:1 During the production of the cellulose product or fibrous wood products such as chipboards or particle boards the wood chips or sawmill shavings are dipped in the impregnation substance before connecting and pressing, or the impregnation substance is added to adhesive or binder, respectively, which coats the chips or shavings before pressing into desired product. The cores of microintumescence inside the material, mainly on surfaces of the original chips, shavings or fibers subsequently produce gradually activate layers preventing the permeation of the fire's effects.
