  • Patent number: 10500961
Abstract: A power converter which can prevent an erroneous detection even when a flow rate of a refrigerant is low and a vehicle having the power converter mounted therein are provided. A first inverter circuit including: an element group constituted by six transistors; six diode temperature sensors at least one of which is provided for each transistor to detect a temperature of the transistor; and a high arm-side refrigerant flow passage and a low arm-side refrigerant flow passage in which a refrigerant for cooling the transistors flows is provided. In a failure detection device of the first inverter circuit, a failure determination member selects two diode temperature sensors among the plurality of diode temperature sensors, which detect temperatures of two adjacent transistors, as an adjacent sensor pair, and determines a failure of any one of the plurality of diode temperature sensors using detection values of the adjacent sensor pair.

  • Patent number: 7922526
Abstract: It is an object to provide electrical equipment eliminating the need to change the diameter of wires, and capable of improving assembly workability. Vehicle-mounted camera equipment includes a circuit substrate having a substrate connector, and a camera housing. An inside connector section which is connected to the substrate connector is provided integrally on an inner surface side of the camera housing, and an outside connector section which is connected to an external connector provided at the end of an external harness is provided integrally on an outer surface side of the camera housing. Connector terminals of the inside connector section and connector terminals of the outside connector section are connected by connecting conductors, respectively, which are provided to be buried in the camera housing. The connector terminals, and the connecting conductors are made of a single conductive material.

  • Patent number: 6067310
Abstract: In the present method, at the time when a semiconductor laser is being made, nitrogen or phosphorus element is introduced into an active layer comprising a GaAs based compound from an end face thereof, thereby changing the region of the active layer in the vicinity of the end face into a GaN or GaP based compound. Accordingly, the energy band gap of this region is made wider than the energy band gap within the active layer, and thus substituted region is changed into a layer transparent to the laser light generated within the active layer. Thus, the end face can be prevented from deteriorating upon the temperature rise caused by laser light absorption at the end face.

  • Patent number: 5200649
Abstract: A high speed D-type flip-flop circuit comprises a data take-in circuit for taking in a data input at a timing synchronized with a clock input, a data hold circuit for holding a data output determined by the data input taken in by the data take-in circuit until the next data input take-in time, and a data output forced update circuit. When the data input is taken in, the output determined thereby is governed by the data output forced update circuit and updated thereby. Then, the signal determined by the data input is transferred to an output terminal through the data take-in circuit and the data hold circuit, and the data output is held until the next update time.
