  • Publication number: 20160104614
Abstract: With an SiC semiconductor device, the surface of a termination region is covered with a passivation film, and the passivation film is provided with a thermal silicon oxide film which is in contact with the surface of the termination region, a CVD silicon oxide film deposited on the thermal silicon oxide film so as to be in contact with the thermal silicon oxide film, and a CVD silicon oxide film deposed on the CVD silicon oxide film so as to be in contact with the CVD silicon oxide film. By so doing, an electric field applied on the passivation film is relaxed, while production cost is reduced.

  • Patent number: 5310343
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved endo-osseous implant which has sufficient binding force against occlusal pressure from every direction and does not cause any inflammation. The endo-osseous implant of the invention includes a large number of concaves on the circumference of a cylindrical main body embedded in dental alveoli. Each of the concaves has a shape of hemisphere or alternatively a shape of double hemisphere consisting of an upper hemisphere of greater diameter and a lower hemisphere of smaller diameter. Part of the cylindrical main body in contact with gingiva is covered with a polycrystal ceramic layer, and fine notches are further formed on the residual surface of the main body.

  • Patent number: 5249508
Abstract: An actuator (1) of a diaphragm type which comprises an actuator case (2,3), a diaphragm (5) housed in the actuator case, a diaphragm plate (4) attached to the diaphragm for moving together with the diaphragm according to introduction of negative or atmospheric pressure into a negative pressure chamber (7) formed between the diaphragm and the actuator case (2) so as to actuate a device connected to the diaphragm plate. The diaphragm is formed with one or both of an annular rib (5e) having a thick-walled section and an annular expansive portion (5d) having a curved section. Therefore, the diaphragm is hard to be disengaged from the diaphragm plate even if an immoderate force is applied on the diaphragm.

  • Patent number: 5140206
Abstract: An actuator which comprises a reversible motor, a solenoid, movable clutch disc to be attracted by the solenoid, a driving clutch disc supported rotatably between the movable clutch disc and the solenoid and driven by the motor. The movable clutch disc and the driving clutch disc are provided with teeth to be engaged with each other and having inclined engaging flanks so as to be disengaged from each other due to slippage caused between the inclined engaging flanks of the teeth. According to this invention, it is possible to interrupt a force larger than a predetermined value and transmit reliably a smaller force to prevent damage to the throttle members.
